While FanSwipr is excited to offer users a much more simplified and engaging betting experience, it’s imperative that our users remember that you should only bet what your budget can afford. Always set reasonable limits for yourself. FanSwipr is committed to ensuring that our users are playing safely and responsibly. In order to further this commitment to our users, we

1) Educate our customer support staff so that they can quickly recognize problem gambling and give them the resources they need to assist.
2) Provide the necessary information and feedback to our customers.
3) Participate in programs designed to increase awareness and discussion around problem gambling.
4) Prevent underage gambling.  

If you or someone you know has a gambling problem, there are many ways to get the assistance you need. Counseling or seeking help from others has been found to be a helpful way in overcoming one’s addiction to gambling. Our staff at FanSwipr wants to make that process as easy and as available to our users as possible. Parental Controls
FanSwipr verifies all accounts for age and eligibility. If persons under 21 have access to your computer, your account, or your personal information, please consider installing parental control software to prevent access to FanSwipr and other age-restricted sites. If you believe a minor is using FanSwipr, please contact our Support Staff here. That is strictly prohibited on FanSwipr and if a minor is found to be using the platform, that account will be promptly shut down.

FanSwipr knows how important the mental health of our users is and is committed to advocating for the cause. Customer Limits:

The goal at FanSwipr is to not only provide our users with the most simplified and engaging sports betting experience, but to do that while providing the support and resources necessary to keep our users responsible. Below there are several different options you can utilize to monitor your gambling activity.

Customer limits help you manage your activity and can be changed at any time. However, there will be a waiting period for an increase to your limits beginning at 3 days prior to their activation. You can also view any previously set limits by going to your Limits History.

- Wager Limits
Limits how much you can wager over a set period of time on FanSwipr.

Example: If your weekly limit is set to $100, you will only be allowed to wager up to $100 every 7 days.


- Maximum Wager Size Limits
Limits how much you can wager per bet slip on FanSwipr.
 
Example:
If your limit is set to $100, you will only be allowed to wager up to $100 on any single bet slip.

- Time Limits
Limits how many hours per day you can spend on FanSwipr

Example: If your hour limit is set to 2, you are permitted to spend 2 hours per day on FanSwipr.


Taking a Breather:

If you’d like to take a breather from FanSwipr for any reason, you may submit a request. The breather period must be between 3 days and 28 days. At the conclusion of your preset breather period, your account will be automatically reenabled and ready for use.

Once confirmed, you will be prohibited from logging into your account for the entire duration of your breather period. Please contact our Support Staff with any questions pertaining to your breather period.


Check-Up Alerts:

Get real-time alerts of the time and money you’ve spent on FanSwipr. Set Check-Ups Every (drop down gives 20 minutes, 30 minutes, 45 min, 60 min)

Example:
If you’ve set check-ups to occur every 45 minutes, a pop-up will appear on your screen every 45 minutes alerting you of how much time and money you’ve spent on the platform.
