Ben Floyd is an internationally recognized financial crimes & regulatory compliance professional with 20+ years of experience designing & managing global compliance programs for Fortune 500 companies, including Caesars Entertainment, Walmart & T. Rowe Price. Ben has experience in 30+ countries on five continents in the money services, payments & gaming industries.
As the former CEO of Catena Media, a, publicly traded, online lead generation company in the gaming and media industry, Michael Daly led the strategic vision, execution, and growth of the organization for three years. He oversaw over$100m of acquisitions and integrations, as well as the digital transformation of the company's platforms and processes, including the streamlining of the organization, divestment of over $75m in troubled assets, and reduction of thecompany's significant debt load to reach a net-cash positive position.
Katie McCord is a broad-based corporate attorney with extensive experience in the sports betting and gaming industries. She previously served as General Counsel - NA of Better Collective, where she led the legal, compliance and policy initiatives for BC's North American business. As part of this role, she formed a coalition of marketing affiliate companies to navigate recent sports wagering advertising regulations and advocate for self-monitoring by marketing affiliates, called the Responsible Gambling Affiliate Association.
