Contacting FanSwipr Support Staff
For the quickest response, please contact the FanSwipr Support Staff via
Support@FanSwipr.com.
To submit a request:
1. Click
Settings at the bottom right corner of the app.
2. Tap
Contact Us at bottom of page
3. Enter all requested information and click
Submit.
Live chat is also available and is accessible through the
Contact Us feature. If live chat isn’t available, you will be given the option to
Leave a message. A member of our Support Staff will then respond to your request.
To live chat:
1. Click
Settings at the bottom right corner of the app.
2. Tap
Contact Us at bottom of page
3. Click
Live Chat in the bottom right corner.
4. Enter a search term related to your issue.
5. Click
Start chat. Learn more about the
other ways of contacting FanSwipr.
